If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you received, you can return the unused product for a refund within 30 days after delivery, under the following conditions:
All "free shipping" product returns will incur a 25% minimum restocking fee.
Only new out-of-box materials and unused materials can be returned.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Qualified returns that occur more than 30 days after delivery are subject to a purchase fee of up to 25%.
All exchanges will charge a 10% purchase fee.
Unapproved returns may result in additional costs and return shipping costs.

The following conditions are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee:
Used product (Place the product on the floor only once will be considered a used product-because lint and dust can easily stick to the floor.)
Orders where the product cost is less than $50
Clearance products
Discontinued products
Special order products (These products are marked as special order or non-returnable products when ordering or providing a quotation.)

If you think the product is defective during normal use during the warranty period, please contact customer service. If the customer ships the product back to HANYIN, the customer will be compensated for the shipping costs incurred when HANYIN receives the product and determines that it is defective after inspection.
When HANYIN filed a claim with the manufacturer for a product problem, only one claim is allowed per customer order.
